Dr. Bryan Gawley embarked on his journey in the field of plastic surgery by working alongside the esteemed Dr. Anderson. This formative experience served as the catalyst for Dr. Gawley to take the next step in his career, leading to the establishment of his own practice, where he has continued to excel and innovate in the field of plastic surgery.
The Foundation
2006
Dr. Bryan Gawley establishes his own practice, Gawley Plastic Surgery, setting the stage for a legacy of excellence in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
The New Location
2009
Dr. Bryan Gawley moves Gawley Plastic Surgery to it’s new home, and the North Scottsdale Outpatient Surgery Center in Arizona is founded, expanding our capabilities to provide top-tier surgical care.

Dr. Bryan Gawley & staff begin to offer aesthetic treatments in office. Such as preventive aging treatments within an in house med-spa at Gawley Plastic Surgery.
